InterSessions was created around a simple idea: important conversations deserve more than emotional reactions, gossip, or arguments where everyone is trying to win.
The goal is edification: to do this we first validate feeling and perspectives, then explore logically to determine the truth about the difficult subjects, hence givng them the proper attention they deserve.
Some conversations may touch a nerve. That doesn't mean we turn away. It means we put emotion aside, bring the subject into the light, examine it carefully, and ask better questions.

Think geometrically.
Visualize the subject. Break down the pieces. Explore how the ideas connect rather than settling for surface-level reactions.
